This is where you order an UberX but a black SUV comes , assures you it's the UberX normal rate , then charges you the SUV rate after you get out of the car That happened twice today in Oakland. Uber please stop this. It's like they turn the phone off after you are in the car and reset the ride to SUV thinking you will not catch them. I filed two complaints and now this video
