Black Backpack At Euclid Near Langunitas Oakland at 7:06 pm Monday May 11th 2015 I saw this black backpack on Euclid near the corner of that street and Langunitas this evening as I was headed to the gym. Why someone would leave it there - where it looks like it could have a harmful device in it - is beyond me. But I am uploading this video to report it.
