FIFA Officials Corruption - Arrested Officials After a widespread FBI-led investigation of FIFA corruption, several executives were arrested in Zurich on Tuesday. The allegations involve everything from bribery to fixing of matches that even extends to the World Cup. In one report by the New York Times, it was said that 70 percent of Malaysian matches were fixed. The fixers tend to be European and Asian, and prey on the players from poor countries, like Ghana. It's also said that a number of United States sports marketing executives were the subject of the investigation, and would be indicted. Stay tuned.
