Twitter Is Up Now As Of 3:06 PM EST

Twitter is now up as of 3:06 PM EST. I went to check Reddit and it was down for a number of people. But even then for those using the Twitter client services like Hootsuite, Twitter was up - but for mobile and web browsers it was down. Not any more. It's back.
