Critical Mass Halloween Bike Ride SF #HappyHalloween

This is the annual Critical Mass Bike Ride that is done every Halloween and I totally forgot about. The tradition of Critical Mass is something like 30 years old and was started to promote awareness of bikes as transport and to make drivers in cars respect bicyclists. While not many blacks participate I can say I have done it.
