Oakland CM Desley Brooks Flames Campbell Washington Over Love Life

Oakland Councilmember Desley Brooks is known for epic rants but this one tonight was a doozy. It was during the Love Life hearing where Oakland elected to have "Love Life" as its slogan after long work by Donald Lacy, an Oakland activist.
