Oakland Mayor Schaaf Says Raiders Stadium Plan To Be Released In Weeks In a statement, Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf said that an Oakland Raiders Stadium Plan would be released "in the coming weeks". Mayor Schaaf also said she would not be dragged into a bidding war with Nevada, which elected to release $750 million in public funds for a private facility. The plan would make The Oakland Raiders, Raiders Fans, The NFL, and the Oakland Taxpayer happy. Stay tuned.
