Abdul Razak Ali Artan, or Abdul Razak Artan is the name of the Ohio State University Attacker who used a car and a knife in going after fellow students on the OSU campus. Abdul Razak Artan talked Of being a socially isolated Muslim at OSU. In other words he had no girlfriend and no place to pray and practice his religion. This is different from UC Berkeley, which has a welcoming environment for Muslim students and never anything close to this problem.
