Dick Costolo Out As Twitter CEO After $162 Million Loss

Dick Costolo will step down as Twitter CEO after the company posted a $162 million loss for the quarter. But the fiscal problem is not really his fault but the design itself. Twitter is not efficiently designed to host ads and that problem has existed sense it was first created. Not only did Dick not address the problem but neither did the staff or the board. And it's a fair bet the next CEO will not deal with it either.
